At Solaris, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your new fashion piece isn't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange any unworn items within 30 days of delivery.

Initiate Your Request

Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

Package Your Items

Place the items in their original packaging with all Solaris tags still attached to ensure the return is accepted and processed quickly.

Print and Attach Label

Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and securely attach it to the outside of your return package.

Drop Off and Track

Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking receipt; we will issue your refund or ship your exchange once the inspection is complete.
